You can then send the replies or choose to edit them further. Alternatively, you can use the trusted message feature to automatically reply for you without additional work on your end
- AI automation tasks: Hostmix builds on the automation tools you already have in place with Host Tools. Every morning, Hostmix can send you a summary of your arrivals, departures, and any outstanding issues for the day. Additionally, it has the power to create and assign cleanings, identify any guest reviews that may need your attention, and highlight any oddities, such as a lack of guest check-in or unread messages.
- Dynamic pricing: Hostmix ensures you’re pricing your listing right. It automatically analyzes booking data alongside real-time market demand to update your nightly rate across all of your booking channels. Steps to integrate your Hostmix account with Host Tools
Getting your Hostmix account integrated with Host Tools is as easy as pie. Just follow the steps below to get up and running:
- For new users, you’ll see a prompt in your Hostmix dashboard. Select “Go to Listings”

2. Click Begin Setup to go to the Select PMS channel page.

3. From the Select PMS page, choose the Host Tools box.

4. From there, you’ll be redirected to a page that asks you to enter your Host Tools Access Token.
5. To retrieve your Host Tools Access Token,log in to your Host Tools dashboard and select “Settings.”

6. From the left-hand dashboard, choose “API & Integrations.”

7. Copy the numbers in the box that says “Access Token.”

8. Next, return to the Hostmix page. Paste the token and hit submit. Your listings will then begin to bind.
9. A black button that says “Import Listings” will appear. Click it.

10. You can then return to the Listing module to view all of your integrated listings.
