It’s the highest-rated dedicated host tool on this list. Worth noting that iGMS sits just behind at 4.73 across three times as many reviews, so treat the gap as narrow rather than decisive.

Guesty and Hostaway — 4.18 and 4.32

Both are built for bigger operations. Hostaway’s app rates slightly higher; Guesty’s has more reviews behind it. The thing to watch with Guesty is the tiering — its Lite plan stops at three listings, and past that you’re into quote-only territory.

If you were hosting around 2019, Your Porter was probably the best mobile app in this industry. It was built phone-first at a time when everyone else treated mobile as a shrunken version of their desktop product, and hosts loved it for exactly that reason.

Guesty acquired it in April 2021 and rebranded it Guesty For Hosts. That app is still on the App Store today, published by LOCASOFT BV, sitting at 3.08 stars across 154 reviews. Guesty’s other host-facing app, Owners by Guesty, rates 1.43.
